Plain-language terms for working with SL Media Labs LLC.
Payment Terms
Services are billed via deposit and final balance, or monthly for recurring engagements, as agreed per client contract. Payment is due per the terms specified in the applicable invoice or agreement.
Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to support@slmedialabs.com. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
